5 points of thinking about emotions

Spread the love
Emotions have a central part in your thinking. The purpose of thinking is to effectively organize the reality you are experiencing in your inner world. Ultimately, emotion determines your choices and decisions.

Emotion is the propulsion of energy

As a result of a change in one’s mind or body, an energetic movement is created that we define as emotion. Like, meeting warm air with cold air creates wind (energy). Emotion can also be the tension between a person’s high goals and low goals. The conflict creates energy. For example, if your ambition is to pursue art, and you find yourself engaged in commerce. This tension creates emotion, in this case, frustration.

Emotion creates reality

Emotion is how a person’s inner state is expressed. Emotion can also be a manifestation of one’s reaction to life situations. If you are an anxious person, you may react differently to stressful situations. Relative to a calmer person.
Emotion is a kind of “sixth sense” that tells you in general about what happens to you in some situations. Emotion is also a physical expression of your thoughts.

Emotion interrelated reality to aspiration

Emotion connects the reality that you live with to your aspirations, between the physical and the spiritual. Between you and your environment. Emotion allows you to translate external reality into a mental inner reality and then to give expression to physiological symptoms. Like chest pressure when there is tension or abdominal pain.
During anxiety, hormones that raise blood pressure are secreted, increase breathing rate, and weaken the digestive system.
